Blurb from Deschutes: "Easy-going and easy-drinking session beer for the thirsty masses. This beer is not without it's charm and complexity, however: light crystal malt and wheat for smooth body, and Liberty and Crystal hops for an enticing aroma and flavor."
Pours a light yellow and hazy. No head.
Sugary wheat and smooth hard candy aromas.
Honey (fresh, not fermented), wheat. Light and spring-timey, reminds me of New Belgiums Springboard. Has some good yeast notes in there. Dry short finish. Mouthfeel is a bit grainy or perhaps chalky/powdery.
At 4.5, a real good session beer with grrat drinkability. Delicious!
