Also known as 100% Brett Dissident. Murky brown classic body with a beige head that slowly fades, lazy lacing on the glass as well. Oak laden aromas of tart cherry, brown sugar, flowers, white wine, some brett but not as much as name suggests, with underlying wet leaves and earth. Taste is very tart, and on the brighter side of the FOB style spectrum. Cherry, funk, white wine influences, and wood lead, with candi sugar, brett and earth being the counter, simply nowhere as expressive or complex as the nose. Feel is thin, tart, smooth, and in some way resinous.
