Drank on tap at the Deschutes Pub in Portland. This is a pale ale brewed with spelt. The beer pours dark gold with a hoppy , grainy nose. The beer tastes like a hoppy APA with a cereal finish. Very drinkable and quite food friendly I hope to see more spelt beers being brewed.
