Bottled on 9/19/19. 12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a pale golden with a mild haze but still has solid clarity; small white head that fades leaving nice retention and lacing. The aromas have a nice amount of citrus, especially lemon. Some fresh grass. Mild hints of bread and crackers. Some malts. The flavors follow the nose. More lemon leading the way. Some grapefruit in the mix. More fresh cut grass really coming through. Some pine. Solid bitterness. Malts are there, but almost take a backseat. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is nice. It's medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, spritzy, crisp, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a pretty nice IPA. It has held up extremely well with almost 3 months on it. It's drinking like it's fresh. It's very clean, crisp and refreshing. The craftsmanship is impressive and is what you would expect from Deschutes. I really like this one. Well done.

Slightly hazy, yellow straw with 1.5 finger head. Strong pineapple, mango, grass, citrus, and pine. Flavor follows. Quality Simcoe. Fairly dry with medium light bitterness.

12oz bottle, packaged 09/19/19. Hazed yellow-golden body with a frothy white head. Pungent Simcoe aroma: very piney with lemony citrus and fresh cut grass. Bold flavors; I always find Simcoe to be very flavorful but pungently bitter as this one is; notes of fresh green hops, grass, earthy pine, and grapefruit & lemon zest; malt is mild and somewhat grainy...maybe some wheat in there too. Medium body, very resinous, moderate carbonation, bitter and dry finish. This was good but it didn't wow me.

Best beer I've had this year. So dank yet and huge bud head, finishes dry and refreshing. What an IPA should be. Deschutes does it again. Like drinking from an elf stream, refreshing, hoppy, with absolutely no bitter aftertaste.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of piney, floral notes and orange peel. Sweet toasted caramel with pine and a citrusy bite.
