Sterling fresh hop pale ale (from Goshcie's farm), 38 IBU.
On tap at the PDX pub served in a 10 oz. pilsner flute, Goschie's Sterling Pale Ale is a pale orange copper with a small white skim and a creamy, thick collar that leaves scattered lace.

Smell is bright, minty hops, tangerine esters and toasted malts. Nice.

Taste is very fruity as well, with a caramel malt backbone, smooth bitterness, slight alcohol vapors and spicy finish.

Mouthfeel is extremely creamy, with a dry finish and medium light body.

Drinkability is good, a tasty pale ale, estery, pretty big hop flavor, but smooth and rounded, not to bitter or strong.
