From their bar notes for this beer: This experimental golden ale was brewed using Munich and Victory specialty malts. The experiment behind this beer was in the hops. One kind f experimental hop was used to accentuate the flavor and aroma of the hop. Comments are much appreciated..
I enjoyed this beer. The style reminded me of a Munich Helles. There was a lot of grainy taste and spicy hop bitterness; not the usual citrus hop flavor. The carbonation was med-high, which added to the enjoyment.
