I know I had this beer and it was really good, don't remember the exact year, but I love fresh hopped beer, and I think it was around this time.

Had a few of these after tennis outside a buddy’s house. Somewhat hazy, this beer looks decent. Didn’t really have the potent citrus nose I was hoping for but it was mildly hoppy. Taste was citrus and pine but sort of light in flavor overall. Thinner and dare I say somewhat watery feel doesn’t help this easy drinker. Not bad overall.

12 ounce can - canned Sept 29/20.
Pours a slightly less than clear pale golden yellow with two fingers of tight bubbly white head.
Aroma of piney hops, citrus zest, grassy with grainy doughy malt backbone.
Tastes of citrus, slightly grassy, melon, hint of pine, mildly sweet malt - the hops are muted and bitterness subdued.
Light bodied with a thinner side of medium mouthfeel on lazy low end carbonation. Very easy drinking and tasty enough but lacking the punch to make it great.

On tap in Meridian; served in an IPA nonic.
A: Chill-hazed pale gold with a small dull-white head and some lacing.
S: Comes across as sticky and piney to me, with some strong overripe fruit/orange notes as well, with some lemon-lime character, fresh cut grass, and dankness. Mild malt breadiness.
T: Falls in line with the nose, leads with that lime/grassy/danky hop note that combines with a pleasant malt sweetness to help carry the brew past being a one-hit wonder.
MF: Light/medium body, lower carbonation, with some sticky and dry character. Mild-to-present bitterness
O: A decent fresh-hop brew.

Look: Opaque medium to darker yellow in color with a great looking one finger head that holds well and leaves sticky lacing on the glass
Aroma: Limes, cut grass, orange, pear, strawberries, melon, tropical fruit notes, and light bready malt
Taste: A citrus fruit, melon, pear, and tropical fruit salad blasts out of the gate and is quickly joined by waves of strawberry and wet cut grass. Bready malt stays put in the background and the flavors all mingle before a nice, citrusy hop bite finishes it out
Mouthfeel: Light but still quite full, a little slick, medium-high carbonation, and a little dryness on the finish as well
Overall: This is tasty stuff. I’ve been drinking this series since it started and though I thought it got slightly off-track four to five years ago, these last couple years it is definitely back on. Unique flavor and aroma profile with these two hops but plenty of good ol’ fresh hop goodness throughout. Glad it’s been changed to 6% ABV, down from 7.4% as it was for years too. Delicious and recommended

From a 12oz can dated 9/30/20 into a pint glass.
Pours a slightly hazy light brownish yellow with about two fingers of white head. Excellent retention and lacing. There is a minimal amount of particulates floating in the glass.
Smells mildly of oranges, grapefruit citrus peels and pine.
Tastes mainly of bitter pine with just a bit of sweet citrus juice mixed in.
Mouthfeel is kind of thin with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Low carbonation.
Overall, meh. Was expecting a bit more from this beer, especially in the taste department.

12oz can (dated 9/29/200 poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy pale yellow color with well over an inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
Very hop forward, citrus and froot, with just a hint of grain.
Same on the tongue, mostly hops.
The body was light-medium, smooth, and had a medium-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, but I think I'd get bored with 2 in a row.
Overall, a pleasant enough little brew, worth a shot if you see it.
