On tap at Oregon Brewer's dinner
A - Poured orange with a 2 fingered orange-white head. Dissipated slow leaving a little lacing.
S - Honey, bread, and citrus.
T - Honey, bittering hops, and breadiness.
M - Light bodied and well-balanced.
D - For a Belgian-IPA, not good, but for another beer not bad. Did not have any characteristics of a belgian yeast strain.
