Clear amber brew with ample foam swirling in the chalice. Inviting citrus aroma. Melt in your mouth carbonation. Flavors of lime peel, lemon, and some green vegetal notes. Rather sharp but not overly acidic. More on the dry side than a lot of IPAs, and no real malt taste. More flavors of orange with a hint of onion in the finish. A little hot with quite a bitter aftertaste. Overall, very clean and tangy, if a little overhopped. From the 12 pack of 12 oz bottles purchased at the small town market in Washington.

12 oz. bottle, bottled 01/26/23. Not my ideal rate of freshness, but Deschutes bottle conditions their shit, so I'm not too worried. Not sure if I've had this beer before or not, available as part of their variety twelve pack.
Poured to Central Waters snifter.
A: Body is a crisp golden orange, has a bit of clarity. Small finger of white froth.
S: Herbal, earthy, fruity. Notes of clementine, orange, citrus. Mildly fumey.
T: Malt is beginning to come forth more so than intended; lots of big caramel flavors, but that's my fault for buying old ass beer I suppose. Still has a good dose of citrus zest, pine, oranges..
F: Smooth, crisp, clean.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden color. Foam somewhat lacks in retention.
Aroma: Danky, citrus, a little bit of sweetness.
Taste: mild citrus, a little bit of dank. Some grain in the background. Low to moderate bitterness.
Overall: This is a simple, and drinkable beer. Nothing special to note.

Pours a hazy golden color was a one finger retentive head.
Very hoppy buddy smell, not much more than that.
A very piny taste really hits the tongue first off, starts to blend very nicely with the hoppy buddy flavor. Finishes rather clean with a very mild hot bite. Leaves a lingering bud flavor in your mouth.

been really wanting to try this one, the highlight of the mixed box for sure, a bright and bold ipa with a unique hop profile and a high degree of refinement, its majorly aromatic and flavorful but without being overpowering or too bitter, it stays light on the grain side, the ferment is perfectly clean, and this has a lot of nuance, real nice ipa, a cool addition to their lineup. deep golden to pale orange in color, frothy white headed, close to clear. aroma of orange zest, lemongrass, green tea, both fruity and herbal at the same time, maybe a little green grape or pear, but its not all high tone and modern, it still has some backing bitternes and some northwest oily texture to it that make the hops long lasting on the tongue even though the beer is dry. the grain side is light to me, just a little crystal richness or even just light honey malt in the center, perhaps a pinch of pale wheat giving it a little body and froth. i get a floral thing from the hops, a yellow dandelion head or something, as well as sweet yellow peach for a flash, tangerine, and key lime. really pretty dynamic, robust, and delicious, and the high carbonation is just right for it. this stands out from the crowd for all the right reasons, great combination of hops, one of my favorites from these guys in a long time! suprised its not being so well received here on BA...

Very hop forward as you would expect, bitter taste, but no stronger than other sweet IPA's. Golden standard color. Not bad, and it might make you feel a bit more ethical knowing it's Farmer direct.

Not a great IPA. Pours a pale yellow color with a bubbly white head. Slight chill haze and alot of carbonation in the glass. It's a little long on pine scent and flavor with a very dry chalky bitter finish.

Crisp, sweet, touch of pine. Very drinkable. I probably wouldn’t buy it on its own (is it even sold that way?), but I enjoy it as one of the four options in these Deschutes IPA variety packs sold at my local drugstore.

Pours an effervescent & ever so slightly hazed gold with 2 fingers of eggshell colored head. Pretty good head retention & lacing
S: Grainy & malty notes, some piney notes, was hoping for more nose
T: Follows the nose, some lemons, green melon & grapefruit & a little pine up front. Some biscuity malt presence tries to compete with limes, pine & grassyness as the beer warms. Finishes dry, bready, grassy with lime & pine
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, good balance
Drinkable old school IPA, that takes me back to the 90s

12 oz, bottle - part of variety pack.
Pours golden with a thin wispy head. Lacing sticks.
The smeill is of pine, earthy/herbal/floral with some general citrus. Something mediciinal mixes in.
The taste is piney/grassy/floral/herbal. A subtle honey-like sweetness balances it.
Slightly raw, it holds together,
A decent IPA. Something medicinal mixes in a bit too much for me, personally. Still, it's worth checking out.

12oz bottle from the sampler, thanks to DK
Piss-yellow, more hazy than the regular fresh squeezed, featuring some films and sediments and floaters and chunks. Smell is all hops, really fruity and floral, with a lemon-lime thing goin' on. The taste doubles up on the lemon and adds plenty of honey from the malt, featuring a pleasant toffee finish, all undercut by this unpleasant medicinal undertone... lots of booze and bitter at the end
