500 ml bottle, bottled almost 4 years ago poured into a standard pint glass.
Nice sale price ($12) on-line through the Bend Deschutes tasting room.
A huge plus: Neither the ‘raspberry’ nor the ‘tartness’ are so present as to overwhelm the QUAD nature of this brew. I suspect that’s due to the bourbon barrel aging. Instead the raspberry notes are just enough to make it interesting…and the ‘tartness’ is very understated.
Drinks (sips) as a smooth well-crafted Belgian style Quad.
I wish I’d bought more than two bottles.
