"Hop growers are always pushing boundaries while developing new varieties of hops—this one is known simply as 427. Using a basic malt profile, this beer is designed to display the bitterness and aroma qualities of this new, experimental hop variety."

A: Poured a orangish color with good carbonation leaving bubbles and a nice foamy cap

S: Some carame, citrus and grass

T: Immediately I guessed Crytsal malt on this beer. I asked the server and he said yes because he had helped brew it as well. Caramel in the taste with some citrus, floral and grassiness notes are tough and go. Not to oily with a good amount of bitterness. M: Medium body, nice, good hop bite but not overpowering

O: Def an IPA that can appeal to a larger crowd. Not over the top but simple and good.
