This is a simple beer brewed with 2-row, malted wheat, and flaked corn. The hops are just as simple with a small amount of Simcoe for flavor and only Amarillo for the late additions and dry-hopping. This beer was dosed with Brett Brux for a full bottle conditioning.

Appearance: Pours a clear golden with a light amber hue; the head is massive covering the full three fingers and turns a bit rocky, while leaving clumps of lace

Smell: Funky Brett aromatics with a bready malt base and a grassy, herbal tone

Taste: Grassy, herbal flavors up front with a quick shift toward the funk; the finish has a bit of a medicinal character

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: Been a while since I had a Brett beer and for what the brewer calls a simple beer this brings considerable complexity
