"A spin on our West Coast Inversion IPA...we used local Heritage Cascade Hops from Goschie Farms to make this juicy and aromatic brew!"

Ok hop flavor with fruit undertones but mostly tastes like a carb bomb.

A - Pours a dark orange, almost brown with a creamy tan head. Solid retention and lots of lacing left on the glass.
S - Hops! Grass, pine, leafy, earthy, slightly floral.
T - Very hop focused, pine, grass, leafy. Almost a sweet taste, but not sweet. Hmm. Floral without being soapy. My wife called it as mellon flavored.
D - Good carbonation and average body.
O - Really impressed by this one. The Taste is very unique and hard for me to describe. I pounded one and grabbed a growler fill for Thursday night football.
