Notes: "A spin on our West Coast Inversion IPA...we used local Heritage Cascade Hops from Goschie Farms to make this juicy and aromatic brew!"

On tap at the Portland Brewpub

A - Pours a dark orange, almost brown with a creamy tan head. Solid retention and lots of lacing left on the glass.

S - Hops! Grass, pine, leafy, earthy, slightly floral.

T - Very hop focused, pine, grass, leafy. Almost a sweet taste, but not sweet. Hmm. Floral without being soapy. My wife called it as mellon flavored.

D - Good carbonation and average body.

O - Really impressed by this one. The Taste is very unique and hard for me to describe. I pounded one and grabbed a growler fill for Thursday night football.
