Twin Pillars Strong
Light in color yet not in vigor- this beer is a Central Oregon summertime warmer. This beer was brewed using 100 pounds of unrefined Mexican brown sugar-piloncillo. The ligth malt bill of Castle Pale, and Vienna allows the sweet pillars to stand their ground. We used Centennials to provide the bitter backup and more Crystal hops on the back end then our kettle has ever seen. Aromas of tart fruit from our home grown Belgian yeast add another layer.
IBUs 42 | Alcohol by Vol. 8.6%

A - Served a Light, clear orange with a small cream colored head.

S - Very malty, and sugary.

T - Sweet malts, and some brown sugar flavors.

D - Average body and carbonation.

O - Too sweet for me, but an interest brew.
