Tap at Imperial in Portland. Colour is great gold with a thick white head. Nose is very floral with hints of lemon and jasmine. Palate is clean, bright and refreshing with a slight tanginess and a bit of astringence. The mid palate is dry and tight and offers peach skin and stem. The finish is long and refreshing.
