A Snifter served on 2-20-12 at the Portland Brewpub
A - Served a dark brown with a small tan head.
S - Smells like carmel and bourbon with some woodiness.
T - Cherry bourbon dominates, and a carmelized wood finishes. Wierd, but delicous.
D - Nice body and carbonation. A very nice balance.
O - A very smooth and fuity stout. NICE.
