Dark caramel malt flavors folded with dried fruit. Huge Belgian yeast esters and touches of east kent golding hops. Layers of complexity come together from the simple combination of water, malt, hops, and yeast.
IBUs 36 | Alcohol by Vol. 8.9%

A - Served a dark ruby red with a thin light tan head that slowly moves the the edges.

S - Dark fruit and cherries. Some raisins as well.

T - Similar to the nose. More dark fruit and cherry dominated.

D - A heavy body and decent carbonation.

O - Sweet dark fruit and cherry. Nice Belgian red.
