This is the Final installation of US grown experimental hops for this year. Hop #511 displays a very clean bitterness with light fruit and herbal aromas.

brewpub draft, reviewed from notes taken awhile back
a: cask pull served in a nonic pint glass at the brewpub, deep copper in color with a frothy white head, some retention
s: moderate caramel and pale malt body holds a firm sweet grain note alongside some light fruits and earthy, slightly herbal hops
m: medium bodied, cask carbonated to a smooth consistency
t: a balance of caramel and pale malt creates a bready, slightly sweet base, hops herbal and moderate in strength, earthy, lightly bitter
o: a nice enough pale ale, well balanced and all, just not a huge fan of this particular hop variety
