Served on tap into a pint glass
A-Poured a very clear and pale golden color. No head, lacing, and no visible carbonation for such a light beer
S- Very light wheat and indistinct fruity notes
T- Apple cider vinegar, lemon, sourdough bread, some starchy potato like notes. Some pretty strong tartness
M- Lighter bodied, semi-dry finish, low carbonation for the style
O- I am reviewing this beer plain, but Deschutes makes their own housemade syrups and I highly recommend trying them with the beer. I had a marionberry and thyme syrup that was quite good. My rating without syrup is a 3.5 overall, probably would be a 4 overall with the syrup though.
