Commercial Description: This beer is a blend of an old world ale and a Weiss bier. Aged for 24 months in oak wine casks, and fermented with wild yeasts.
Coppery, burnt orange with a thin, white head.
Vinous, lightly tart fruit. A pleasant blend of beers. The yeast and wine casks add a nice layer to the base beer the weiss provides. The wheat also adds to the foamy, medium+ body.
