16 ounce can, canned on 01/26/23. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like dark chocolate, caramel, nuts, roasted malt and dark fruit/raisins. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some molasses, dark bready and burnt/charred malt flavors. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's syrupy and a bit slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good overall brew, definitely worth trying especially if you like big stouts!

A Tavour Treat. Pours a dark brown color with a foamy tan head that lasts a while. Aroma is chocolate and roasted malts. Taste is chocolate and vanilla. Very thick and creamy with a slight alcohol warmth.

Pitch slate black, brown finger of foam. Smells like a nutty cookie with tons of raisins and a decent amount of chocolate chips. So the good in the taste is now the various nuts are obvious here, a corNUTcopia of flavor, raisin is huge and almost sour though pulling the profile down a bit, but big chocolate boost it back up. Could see how barrel would bring more balance to this. Feel is large and malty, not the smoothest by design with the nuttiness, heavy and thick though

16oz can from Tavour. Black pour, bubbly beige head with ring. Roasty aroma, chocolate, nutty. The variety of nuts used really comes out in the taste, almonds and pecans, even the macadamia pop. The nutty vibe almost gives it a barrel like quality. Chocolate is more subtle. This really presents itself as BBA although it's not. I imagine the BBA version (Bear) is really good too.
