awesome spot here, an unexpected stop on our whirlwind beer tour, but one of the highlights overall, really neat space and exceptional beers, cool food too, well worth your time to stop in and check it out. this is a clean and tidy lager that sort of splits the difference between a european pale type and a classic pils. its got a bright yellow golden pour to it with a crowning inch of white head from the tap, cool glassware shape here too which really holds the head and seems to encourage the carbonation to rise up to join it, close to clear. its got a familiar pils type malt base, a little honey sweetness in it, crackery and mineral forward, clean and crisp with the yeast here, really minimal, could be just a pinch of white wheat as this has a little body, but its pretty direct. there are some hops on the back end that bring it to life a little, subtle but i get some fresh sliced orange and a little bitter herbal element, and with the dryness from the lager yeast its snappy and quick to finish. refreshing brew, easy going, definitely build for sessioning, and a nice palate refresher with the spicy rich and delicious indian food they do here. well crafted and assembled all day sort of beer.
