Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout aged in Heaven Hill and Baker’s single barrel bourbon for 9 months. Conditioned on Vietnamese cinnamon, Guatemalan cocoa nibs from Yellow Bird Chocolate Shop, Vanuatu, and Guatemalan Cribbiana vanilla beans.

A - Pours pitch black with a fizzy tan head. The head fades extremely fast resting to a thin ring. Light amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is heavy cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, oak and a nice bourbon heat in the finish.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft coating mouthfeel with a crisp drying finish.
O - Pretty killer.
