Bottle conditioned. Dark amber with a light tan and dense head.
Rich toffee malt and autumn orchard fruit aroma.
The caramel and fruit meld together well. Somewhat sweet with a distinct lightly charred bitterness to finish.
The bottle conditioning provides a well carbonated yet soft feel. Medium to full bodied.
A cold weather beer drunk on a cool early summer day. Fantastic.
