Our house Berliner Weisse base with Raspberry and vanilla added for a sweet, yet tart, taste explosion. This Paczki-inspired version was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Grebe's Bakery for Fat Tuesday!

Pours a brilliant dark red (this red really has to be seen to be believed) and a thin head of foam that sticks easily to the side of the glass. Smell is richly raspberry with just a brief hint of vanilla. Taste is quite tart but also very nicely raspberry. Strongly recommended.
