draft pour into a snifter. cloudy yellow with over a finger of bright soapy white foam head. lemony on the nose with some mild funk. taste follows. really no acidity at all. soapy and lemony with hints of white wine and some musty barn aromas and flavors. medium-full mouthfeel. very mild and easy drinking. no sourness or acidity so quite clean even with the hay and barn notes.
