Pale in color, well carbonated, medium body and white foam. The belgian yeast and the malts used, result in a very aromatic beer, complex with fruity and spicy flavors.

Bought at Taberna 1865, Rio Maior, Portugal. Served at "home". Gold pour, slight haze, thin but steady white head. Nose is yeast and spice.
Taste shows Belgian yeast, candi sugar, coriander, light kilned malt. Medium mouthfeel. Finish is earthy and yeasty. Tasty.
