Grodziskie-style smoked lager 3.5% ABV. Collaboration with Vector Brewing - Dallas, TX.
A traditional Polish-style beer made smoked wheat malt. It’ll be light and crispy with a distinctive smoky flavor, we know a lot of you will love it.

Had Voidchaser poured from pint can, bottom stamped "SMOKY TREAT" and (likely) canned on "09/03/25," into pilsner glass.
Pours pale straw with clarity and 1/2-finger near-white head, which quickly dissipates away to a thin, partial ring, leaving only a few specks of lace. Mild stone fruit and mild but growing smoke aromas off pour, and continuing, with some mild floral, hop spice and butterscotch aromas as warms. On tasting, begins crisp, and mildly smoky, with some mild stone fruit, and a little malt sweetness, over a dry, very light body, before a clean, somewhat fruity, slightly spiced, only mildly smoky finish.
My first Grodziskie, Voidchaser seems, except for the undesirable butterscotch aroma, to have been brewed close to guidelines for the style, which is (to me) surprisingly simple and light. Maybe good for quaffing with a plate of smoked wings?

On tap at the brewery.
Light gold with zero head.
I get light smoked malt in the nose. It’s light, but it’s a light beer.
Almost like a smoked light lager, it’s light in a way that smoked beers typically aren’t. And, as a fan of smoked beers, it works for me. Some wheat malt comes through. It’s simple and enjoyable.
It’s light bodied with medium-high carbonation, which is a good quality for a light beer like this.
This is a great way to change up a warm weather beer. I’m curious why they went quite so subtle and low ABV, but I enjoyed it nonetheless, and found myself sucking it down with ease.
