Made with a proprietary "Pre-Prohibition" malt, this strain of Barley has been recently brought back to life. For 5 years Gallatin Valley Malting Co. has been working to grow and present this malt, which has not produced a beer since the start of Prohibition in 1920. This beer is a true historic Pilsner, crisp, made with Saaz Hops, and carefully balanced water. Enjoy!
