Appearance: Clear gold, nice carbonation, small head.
Smell: Light phenolic yeast aroma.
Taste: Mild fruitiness—grape and pear, then mild Belgian yeast flavor, some floral hop notes. Medium bodied.
Overall: I’m not a saison expert, but this is a decent beer. Gives a little funky flavor but is mostly forgettable.

My first beer from this newish brewery. Nice place, maybe a little expensive. Smells very pungent with Belgian yeast, and it packs a lot of flavor in for a 5.4 ABV'er

At the brewery, into a shaker, a clear dark honey color with just a thin crown for a head. Nose is faint wet hay, sweet clove and bubblegum…taste Is more pronounced: carries the nose forward, adding a little sweet honey, too. Medium body. Not too lively, but pleasant mouthful.
