Drank 5/7/24. Purchased from brewery 5/5/24.
Pour is a beautifully crystal clear pale straw yellow. A half finger of chalk white foam fades quickly to a slight ring around the glass. Minimal retention.
Nose is malty grain, doughy, lightly fruity.
Taste is bready malt, subtle fruity, honey, low bitterness. The fruity character is balanced and in check against malt character.
Smooth, easy to drink. soft, dry finish. Very drinkable. Well made kolsch.
