Vienna-style amber lager with toasted malt flavors, light body, and a crisp finish. The fragrant German hops complement the bready malt aromas.

A: Pours a clear amber/copper color. A white head forms that sticks around for a minute and leaves some lace behind.
S: Toasted malts and cereal grains. That is it, a bit overly simplistic, but decent enough.
T: More cereal grains are up front, with a bit of cooked corn. Toasted malts, and that is it. Not a lot of nuance, which is far from bad, just rather standard.
M/O: A light body with moderate carbonation. Thin and more watery than expected. OK to drink once, but I'm looking for something else pretty quickly.
Far from bad, and one of the better offerings I have had from Frost Town. Though for a Vienna/Amber Lager, I was hoping for a bit more depth of malt character. The cereal grains come off a bit one noted for me.

Drank 5/7/24. Purchased from brewery 5/5/24.
Pour is a crystal clear copper. off white head that quickly fades to a little cap around the glass.
Nose is nutty, toasted bread crust
Taste follows. Toasted bread crust, biscuit, nutty, toffee, moderate bitterness. delicious. I do get a hint of caramel, which, while not to style, works and is quite tasty.
