Canned on 10/19/23; consumed on 12/20/23
Pours a turbid, nearly milky golden body topped with a finger of lush, fluffy, white foam; solid head retention leaves a rocky layer of cap, thin, creamy collar, and a generous spattering of chunky, soapy lacing strewn across the walls of the glass.
Aromas open to peppery, overripe mango and a balancing lime zest, with accents of papaya and guava flesh guiding to a creamy peach undertone as boggy, dank waves take hold over time.
Taste shows slick resins expanding to tones of mango pith and passionfruit zest as fresh orange pulp peaks over the mid-palate and waves of peach puree offer sweeter contrasts to boggy lime on the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel brings a medium-full body and a taut spritz of moderate carbonation, easing a subliminal, hoppy grit into a pseudo-bitterness over the mid-palate, leaving resins gliding delicately through the back end and a juicy lingering past the swallow.
Expectedly heavy saturation coats layers of bright, overripe fruit over lithe resins in deceptively palatable form; an at-times amalgamous whirlpool of hoppy texturing executed with ample finesse.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, white wine grape, and an earthy, lemony-orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a super-soft and creamy...and super-saturated, tropical hoppy and grapefruit citrus-dank bitter finish. I had this about a month after canning date at it is very good! It still has a touch of hop burn hanging on at the back of the throat. I would have love to have tried this fresher as the only thing lacking is a little more individual hop expression with this fantastic hop profile.
