Tasted at the brewery in Waco, TX. this was listed as a double dry-hopped NEIPA.
Light orange color and opaque with some cloudiness. No head, just an off-white ring around the glass. Interesting aroma has citrus but also a strong herbal note, like crushed wild mint leaves. Flavors are odd, dominated by that herbal, mint character, with sweet grain and low orange juice behind it. Medium body with low-ish carbonation that feels creamy. Strong hops bitterness and alcohol warmth. This beer was on the right track in a lot of ways, but the herbal note (presumably from a particular hop variety) is over the top and distracting to me.
