A light bodied wheat beer gently infused with orange peel and coriander. Stonehenge is our adaption of the classic wit bier style. Pilsner and wheat malts lightly hopped join with the spice to produce a pleasant, refreshing and highly drinkable beer.

Clear, tawny-orange hue, served with a very small white head that fades quickly to a sparse collar, unimpressive visually, and no lace was produced either. The nose is all orange peel. Seriously that is it, very one-dimensional. Not inspiring. The palate is like old orange juice, filtered into nothingness with its pulp removed, damn near flavorless, then a splash of beer is added. It is really lousy. The commercial description says it has coriander, orange peel, and wheat, so I was expecting something similar to a Wit. I could not detect the coriander on the tongue or in the bouquet, just orange peel. Stonehenges overwhelming boringness does not help the drinkability. The carbonation is absent which only glorifies the flaws. Thin in body, cut even more by the wheat, a little watery too. It is hardly beer, hardly worth trying. Skip it.
