A: Pours a dark brown, with ruby highlights around the edges. A small tan head forms and recedes to a ring. Light lace is left behind.
S: A malty aroma, chocolate and light roast. That is basically it. Would like a bit more depth, but not bad at all.
T: Like the nose, a malty chocolate and light roast flavor. That is about it, it shows itself up front, and doesn't change. Which is fine, if a little one noted.
M/O: A light body, almost watery. Crisp carbonation though. With all the chocolate and malts, this does finish with a nice dryness. Easy to drink, I can come back to his with ease.
I love me some simple beers, but this seems a little to simplistic. If that makes sense, and not contradictory. I would like a bit more nuance to push this over the top. As is, still very solid.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
