Saison with rye and wheat – slightly hopped with American and German hops, for a subtle fruity note. Filled with yeasty esters for that summery feel.

Copenhagen 5/4 2021. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Label looks like an old-fashioned LP-record with two swimming figures nose to nose in light blue and white.
Pours unclear, murky, orange with a big white head. Settles as 1,5 cm thick, blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and a bit subdued due to the foam. Sweet malty odor mingling with tart gooseberries and a bit of citrus. A bit of peach and mango peeking in. Black pepper.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, creamy, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine take on a well-balanced Saison.
