Light golden pour, modest head. Aroma is definite floral combined with biscuit dough. Taste is a mildly sweet malt balanced with a noble- hop type bitterness. Very tasty, especially with just 4.5% ABV. Ggod mouthfeel, very clean finish, zero off tastes. It's quite good.
We would pair this with a light meal for a warm day on the patio.
PS - There's no indication of what "Bethine" refers to, other than being a very rare girl's name back in the late 19th century.

Can from The Beermongers
A clear light yellow with a dense, white head with great retention and lacing. The nose is clean, floral, snappy and really crisp, a clean fermentation character to go with crisp, snappy doughy malt and floral and lemon hops. The palate opens clean, focused, crisp and moderately bitter. Floral, mildly earthy with nice lemon notes complement the clean, doughy, snappy base. Drying, clean finish, crisp, clean mouthfeel with nice, brisk carbonation.
