Canned 28 Feb
A clear orange with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is modern WCIPA with tropical fruit along with a nice Simcoe expression. Citrus, melon, berries, mild grape and a clean Centennial hop character. The palate opens with minimal malt and a moderate bitterness. Clean, citrusy, pithy with nice Centennial character up front. Simcoe melon and mild grape notes follow, along with light tropical fruit. Light in body, moderately carbonated. Mildly bitter finish with lingering citrus. Enjoyable.
