2023, Strata.
A mildly hazy orange with a dense white head with excellent. The nose is dank as heck, with some strawberry and mild nightshade. Aggressive Strata character, with the fresh hop depth clear and lovely. The palate opens dank, with a touch of diesel, strawberry and a rich, tropical curry melange. While hazy, the malt bill is reserved, a touch of wheat, maybe, allowing the focus to be on the hop. No grass. Drying, dank and fruity finish. Yum.

Strata hops, 2022 season. Fresh, at the source.
It’s a hazy. I think the fresh hop character is lost a little, buried under the juiciness. I get some strawberry and pineapple, under a pillowy bed. Enjoyable.
