Pours from the can with a caramel tinge. Big hoppy aroma strikes me immediately, with notes of lemon drop and pine, and some floral character on the finish. The sip follows, dominated by the lemony freshness and a touch of lemongrass. The fh character is present but muted.
One thing that seems consistent across the fresh hop beers is there’s been a lot of foam this is no exception.

Can from ABV
A clear light orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is loaded with fresh Citra, with grapefruit pith and lychee, including the lychee pit-like tannins, present. Pronounced herbal dankness, maybe from the Comet hops? The palate opens bitter and clean, with loads of dank fresh hops, lychee and bitter grapefruit juice. Drying, clean, zesty with great Citra burps on the finish. A really good aggressive FH IPA.
