Can from Mongers.
A clear amber with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is lovely, classic, with a great blend of soft, toasted bread, gently caramelized Vienna malt and a firming hop bite, earthy and leafy, complementing the delicately burnt toast edges. The palate opens soft, delicately sweet with light caramel, light toffee, toasted wheat bread and followed by gently firming hops. The mid-palate allows the Vienna to linger before a dry finish with lingering hops and earth. Soft, creamy, lightly bitter. Excellent.
