Two finger head, slightly hazy golden body, very nice lacing. Sweet and tropical nose; lemongrass, stone fruit, pineapple, citrus. Taste follows. Lemongrass that builds to bitter melon, citrus peel, and stone fruit flavors. A few bready malt notes pop up on the finish. Moderate carbonation. It eases you into the bitterness, not that it’s a super bitter beer, but forgiving nonetheless. Nothing to complain about here.
