A crystal clear golden yellow with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is relatively subdued with dough, fresh baked bread, a little lemon and a touch of mint. The palate opens clean and snappy with fresh bread, dough, a touch of honey, light toast and a nice hop flavor. Lemon, a touch of earth to complement the bread, a hair spicy too. Clean. Light, dry finish, crisp carbonation. Delicate bread. Delightful.
