A clear golden yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is snappy, perfumey, oily, resiny in its hop expression, bright, pungent and reminiscent of Jever. Mild straw malt. The palate opens bitter and resiny, fruity, minty, earthy, spicy, a riot of old world hop flavors. Pungent, clean, snappy finish, light in body, creamy carbonation. An absolute delight.
