Collaboration with Gold Dot Beer of McMinnville, OR
This collaboration is a trusty little pale ale loaded with Chinook, Cascade, and Citra hops. It is light bodied with just enough sweet malt character to balance out the pleasant bitterness you look for in a pale ale. Notes of orange marmalade, grapefruit pith, and inviting pine resin.

Golden amber color, light head. Catch the burst of aromas that rise from the glass: cascade of fruit and a light dose of pine. Taste is dry and the overall feel is light on the tongue and highly enjoyable.
Adding fresh Chinook hops brings out the hop flavors upfront and with more vigor. Just 5.8% ABV

Can from Uptown Market.
A clear orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is bright and pungent with an expressive hop bouquet. Citrus, citrus zest, marmalade, mild pine resin. Pleasantly pungent. The palate has an aggressive Chinook bitterness and dank character, with the citrus notes right behind, complementing the pine. Rich grapefruit and orange marmalade. Malt is noticeable, a light sweetness and a creamy feel. Drying, bitter finish. Nice!
