Our new Kölsch collaboration uses pilsner malt and a dash of malted wheat for a well rounded mouthfeel. Light additions of Spalter Select and Calista hops add light notes of noble hop spice, light citrus, and a hint of currant. It's just plain delicious.

Can from Uptown Market
A clear light yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is solid, though a little rough. Doughy, lemony , lightly bready with a nice, floral, fruity, delicately sweet with fruity yeast, delicate hops. The palate opens fruity and with a nice fermentation character. Light grainy, doughy, mild honey like notes. Drying, soft finish. Solid.

Lightly hazy, with two fingers of head which quickly settle down to a nice costing. Good lacing. Nose is light for an ale, some biscuit-like background along with a hint of floral. Taste is quite German, with a prominent, but not dominating, bitterness Quite dry with a pleasant finish, as expected from a Kolsch. Typical 5% ABV. Label states it's a collab with Gigantic Brewing.
Alltogether, well-crafted and enjoyable to drink, falls a bit short of being memorable.
