Look: Medium yellow and somewhat bright looking with a short-lived head due to my dirty glass and leaving a ring of lacing behind
Aroma: Navel orange, pine, pink grapefruit, strawberry (pink) Starburst, blueberries, fruity Cannabis, limes, light floral hops, and bready malt
Taste: Orange, limes, and grapefruit kick it off and quickly followed by waves of blueberries, dank, and pink Starburst that pile on and start developing depth. Some honeysuckle and pink jasmine pop in along with resinous pine sap and crushed needles, while citrus, dank, and berries go back and forth until it closes out with a nice bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and smooth with just a hint of dryness on the finish
Overall: This is some tasty stuff. I’ve been impressed by these folks’ offerings since I first tried them last year (2024) and the hop bill in this grabbed my attention so scored some. It’s a well-made and delicious WCIPA that has somewhat old[er] school taste without trying to win an IBU war. Deep, way too easy to drink, tasty, and recommended
