Wanda Amber Bock

Wanda’s a German Maibock, but with a Texas sized twist. We started with a blend of Pilsner and Vienna malts, then sprinkled in a blend of dark malts for color and flavor enhancements. We used Spalter Select, one of our favorite German hops, then tossed in a dash of American grown Centennial hops for fun. Toffee and caramel meet dark fruits and orange zest and we are over the moon about it.
