Last fresh hop season we teamed up with our pals Humble Sea to create a Centennial hop forward IPA loosely based on their flagship Socks and Sandals beer. Now we're taking a shot at a non fresh hop version that leans on Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Classic West Coast IPA notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, and pine are all here along with a touch of red berry in the finish. It's pretty tubular.
